The Bridgewater

A Minnesota native returned home with a vision to transform her new condo as a fresh start for her new, urban lifestyle. We prepared her space with new carpet in the bedrooms, all new lighting, and made a major transformation of the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

We designed new custom cabinetry, framed in a new fireplace using large format porcelain tile for a strong statement to anchor the space, and gave an heirloom light fixture a place of prominence over the dining room table.

The spare bedroom was repurposed as an inviting home office with custom modern barn doors and built-in desk, and the foyer got a facelift using a Scandinavian-style wood veneer wall covering.
