Whenever possible, we choose deconstruction before demo to keep as much as possible out of the landfill and offer the resale or reuse of quality items by another household.

Crown Warehouse has become an integral part of our business. They not only unbox and inspect each piece that arrives for defects or damage, they often are able to repair pieces right onsite with the wizardry talents of their team member, Beto. Their delivery crew provides high caliber white glove service, assembling each piece in the home, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and hauling away to recycle as much of the waste as possible.
